mobile lens review!

I have been using these for a while now, and these mobile lenses are extremely useful when it comes to their productivity and portability. Productivity, because wide angle lens, macro lens and fish eye lens makes the photos more accurate than an ordinary camera. Because, an ordinary camera on a phone cannot capture wide angle shots or fish eye shots or macro shots like camera with mobile lens.

Portable because, they are very small that you can throw them in your pocket. And they fit to most of the phones and even fits to a tablet. Unlike the lenses use in DSLRs, these lenses are inexpensive.

The lenses I bought were from amazon. I got three lenses, one was wide angle. the actual function of these wide angle lens is that they have a lesser focal length, when compared to the focal length of the lens in a phone. This reduction in focal length is a good thing here, it makes the images enlarged.

The second was fish eye lens, it captures ultra wide angled shots. These lenses take hemispherical images. This makes images look even more enlarged than wide angle lens.

The third lens is macro lens, the macro lens takes extremely close shots very clearly. The image appears with an increased size when compared with the photos taken with a normal mobiles camera.

All I got was three lenses, one holder clip and a carrying pouch.

Here are the images I took, of same location with different lenses

This 1st image is taken by the mobile camera without any lenses attached.

This 2nd image is taken by a fish eye lens.

The above 3rd image is taken by a wide lens attached.

To show the images taken with a macro lens, this location is so big. The macro lens takes very close shots. So, here it is!

From the above two images it is clear difference between the with lens and without lens images. The image on the right is taken using a macro lens and the image on the left is taken with any lens attached to the mobile.

Finally, these are very useful while taking photos at a close range.

Thanks for reading, hope this info was useful… :):)

I’ve got these type of lenses as well, but I think that the vignette is quite annoying. You almost always get black shadows at the corners 🙁
